Movement is so important and necessary when talking about good health practices. As an example, our Lymphatic System doesn’t drain or detox our system if we don’t move our bodies. There are so many options when it comes to moving your body and exercise. If you garden, do yardwork, walk around at your job, all these activities can count as movement.
