    I do not accept insurance at this time. All services are provided as Direct Pay.

    Nutrition Consultation: $50/hour

    Lifestyle Plan: $250/ $50 per revisions.

    Supplement Plan: $150 for base plan. $50 per revisions.

    Classes: Consult class listing for cost.
